DO NOT SPAM. Spam complaints will lead to an immediate termination of your account.

We do not tolerate MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. If you have more than 1 (one) account, that will lead to an immediate termination of your account. Your computer and IP must not be shared with another individual that has an existing MyFreeShares.com account. Also you can not sell or Give away your account to a other Person!!

We make no guarantees of the amount of money that can be made as an MyFreeShares member.

Minimum payout is $10. Payout options are Paypal, Alertpay and Libertyreserve . Money you earn will be sent to you on your request, maximum 10 days after requested. When you receive payout we will debit your account with 3 Shares per 1 Dollar you received. (Example for a $10 Payout we debit your account with 30 Shares.)

The Maximum payout Request will be $75. When your balance is higher on the moment you're request payout you need to use the rest for advertising.

MyFreeShares will never sell or rent your name, e-mail address, physical address and any other identifying information to any third party.

New participants will immediately start earning money upon signing up.

You need to login in your account at least ones every 100 days, when you haven't been active in the last 100 days your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings and Shares.

All members will earn their share of the profit, every day.

We earn money by selling banner impressions, website ads and e-mail ads. All earnings are divided by total number of shares members have. That is how we get COMMISSION PER SHARE value.

Daily earnings are calculated this way : number of shares member have x commission per share value.

You must have a valid e-mail to join MyFreeShares. All e-mails will be checked. Invalid e-mail and double e-mails will not be accepted. As part of our e-mail verification system, an e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours of registration. To confirm, you will have to activate your account, otherwise you will not be added to the program. You agree to receive emails from myfreeshares.com. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 3 or more weeks to messages from myfreeshares.com your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. In the event your email account on file is full for 3 consecutive weeks your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

You agree not to provide false or misleading information on the Service sign up form. This includes, but is not limited to providing false name or e-mail address.

We do not tolerate MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS. All members that have more than one MyFreeShares account will be REMOVED from the service.

You will earn 1 Share per Active Member. Once the member will deleted or delete their account you will lose this Share.

The amount of money you can earn depends on your efforts and on MyFreeShares earnings.

You agree to receive e-mail messages from www.MyFreeShares.com, including company updates.

If you violate terms of this Service Agreement, MyFreeShares reserves the right to immediately terminate your Membership without prior notice and forfeit your commissions.

Members agree to use MyFreeShares at their own risk.

Members agree not to send unsolicited bulk e-mail messages using our Service or mentioning e-mail address or URL that is maintained on MyFreeShares server. Such action will result in immediate termination of your account. We will charge a $300 clean up fee to you. You will also be in violation to this Service Agreement and subject to legal action.

MyFreeShares , its administrators, partners, and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss that may occur from the use of MyFreeShares services.

Without limiting the foregoing, MyFreeShares MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE CONDITION, SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, TIMELINESS, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THE MyFreeShares FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
